SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

This policy on the processing of personal data shall apply to users of the DARKDATA, S.L. website, as well as to all individuals who provide their personal data through the various channels enabled and indicated for this purpose.

This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing are governed in all its terms by Spanish law, particularly by the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and by Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, approved on 5 December 2018 (LOPDyGDD).

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA, LEGAL BASIS, AND DATA RETENTION PERIODS

Processing of personal data based on the consent of the data subject.

1.- Managing user information requests. The personal data of information requesters will be processed for the sole purpose of addressing such requests, within the legally provided margins, and providing the requested information. This personal data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the request and any resulting liabilities, after which it will be completely deleted.

2.- Management of the job application process for job offers. The personal data of job applicants and those participating in the selection process will be processed solely for the selection of candidates and the management of applications for job offers. The data will be kept for the legally established time, after which it will be completely deleted.

3.- Sending advertising related to our products and services by any means (postal, email, or phone).

4.- Invitation to events organized by the company.

The processing of personal data by DARKDATA, S.L. will be based on the free consent of the data subject, which must be expressly and explicitly expressed through the channels provided. In this regard, we inform you that such consent is revocable at any time, for which you must express it through the channels indicated for the exercise of the data subject’s rights.

The user or data subject agrees to provide correct, truthful, and updated information about their situation. The refusal to provide the required personal data, in cases where it is indicated as mandatory, will imply that DARKDATA, S.L. will not be able to provide the requested information or provide the requested service.

Recipients of personal data and international transfers of data.

Your data may be communicated or transferred to Public Administrations or other Entities, to the extent that such communication is necessary or obligatory to manage your request(s).

Likewise, we inform you that your contact data may be subject to international data transfer to countries located outside the European Union in order to provide an adequate service in relation to the requests you make, without prejudice to compliance with the requirements of data protection regulations regarding international data transfers.

We remind you that in this communication you must indicate the right you wish to exercise, the data or set of personal data subject to your request, and provide a valid identification document.
